FDS provides support to assist clients with unexpected breakdowns, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is available for FDS and non-FDS products such as those made by Horton, Geze, DormaKaba, Record and Tormax. Response targets are tailored to each client’s requirements and we have an up to 95% first time fix rate. We can also offer annual subscription for service and maintenance contracts with different packages available, all offering excellent value for money.
